Digital delivery — no physical shipping

All Perfect Melody products (your personalized custom song and the printable lyrics & artwork booklet) are 100% digital. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no shipping fee, no packaging, and no delivery address required. This is why our shipping and handling times show as 0 days.

How you'll receive your order

Your order is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. You'll receive a private link to listen to and download your song, along with your printable booklet as a PDF you can save and print at home or at any print shop.

Delivery times

Because every song is personalized and created after you order, delivery is digital and fast — most orders arrive the same day, and always within 48 hours. Orders placed after our 2:00 PM (PST) daily cut-off may begin processing the following business day. There are no handling or transit times, as no physical item is shipped.

Where we deliver

Because delivery is digital, we deliver worldwide — including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. There are no international shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes, as there is no physical parcel.
